Aus der Liebe zur Musik und Clubkultur entstand 2009 das Hot Cheese Crew Vj//Dj Team. Zuerst noch auf der eigenen Party- und Ausstellungsreihe in Kassel zu Hause, teilten sie sich in 2010 die Bühne mit internationalen Acts wie LCD Soundsystem, Die Antwoord, Edu K und waren als Residents fester Bestandteil der von Intro & Meltbooking veranstalteten Reihe "INTRODUCING". Nebenbei entstanden so feste zusammenarbeiten mit Labels wie ITD Music, Be Bonkerz und dem pariser Label MOVELTRAXX.
